Oneida turned to WebLinc to help restore the gloss to one of America's oldest and best-known brands. From its utopian beginnings as a 19th-century commune, the brand has built enviable name recognition and brand awareness that rises well over 90 percent within the marketplace. The goal for oneida.com was to help the company regain its "Premium without pretension" position and become closer to their customers.

Oneida.com's Pattern Identifier permits users to find the name of any Oneida pattern ever produced, and -- even if the pattern is no longer in production -- can help find mates to complete the set. As always, the backend of WebLinc Direct is simple for Oneida's marketing staff to manage without vast technical knowledge. They can add, change, rotate products with ease; discounting, promotions, cross-selling are all simple and immediate. Oneida's vast legacy and warehousing systems were seamlessly bridged into the website to unify multi-channel logistical data. Three additional sites - a site for restaurants and other food-service professionals, a password-protected sales-support site, and a Customer Service and Call Center application share the Oneida web development and technology, a classic WebLinc move to multiply results while dividing costs.
